Report a Safety Concern

If someone is harassing you, asking for personal information, or otherwise making you uncomfortable, use the Report or Block option on their profile in the app - this reaches our moderation team right away. You can also email [email protected] directly. See our Safety Guidelines for more.

Account & Technical Issues

Trouble logging in, a letter that won't send, or anything else not behaving as expected - email us at [email protected] with a description of what happened and, if possible, a screenshot. Please don't include your password in the email.

Delete Your Account

You can delete your account yourself at any time from Settings in the app or on the web - no need to contact us. See our Privacy Policy for exactly what that does to your data.
